I also produced technical drawings by hand (without AutoCAD), which developed my high precision, sharp attention to detail, and exceptional patience.

Commercial & Customer Experience

Furthermore, I worked in retail and commerce in Russia, where I gained extensive experience interacting with people, understanding their specific needs, and providing excellent customer service. While it was not technical sales at the time, it taught me how to communicate professionally with clients, build strong relationships, and manage sales processes.
